Important things to know and do.

1. Create an user account with PayStar

2. Re-enroll in Auto Pay

**If you are on an auto bank draft thru the Southwest Fannin SUD office you will NOT need to do anything except create an account to receive your bill via email or text or see your bill online.***

3. Sign up for bill notifications (you can now get emails and texts)
4. Enroll in paperless billing

This change will be in effect for the November 10, 2022 bill due date.  Please enroll with PayStar so you can pay online for the new billing.

We are excited for this change and feel you will really like the new features including the new online bill.  The new bill will show the readings and the usage.  The features and customer controls are great.
